- These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AllinsideMarket's Website, located at https://allinsidemarket.eu.
- By accessing this website, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use AllinsideMarket if you do not agree to take all of the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
- All defined Terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in Our Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction:

    Welcome to Allinside Market (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

  • Items on AllinsideMarket can be used for commercial purposes.
  • Items on AllinsideMarket cannot be resold or distributed as they are.
  • Items on AllinsideMarket can be sold after of 50% modification.
  • Items on AllinsideMarket can be sold without modification if incorporated in other software as at least 20 % part of it.

Seller - the person who SELL
Buyer - the person who BUY
User – natural person using the Website, who does have an Account or who is connected to it.
Visitor – natural person using the Website, who does not have an Account or who is not connected to it.
Item - the software, codes, app, contents or any program whith all descriptions/links/pictures attached that the Sellers upload on AllinsideMarket for sell.

The Seller and the Buyer:
  • The Buyer should not share card information or any other personal data with the Seller, instead use bank transfer or secured payments applications.
  • The Buyer should not download or receive the Items from the Sellers, instead use our website download link available under your account area, after we got Seller confirmation that the Item is paid.
  • The Seller should update the Item payment status in order to make available the downloaded link to the Buyer.
  • The Clinets must own the Copyright or permissive licence for any external script, images... that is selling, uploading through AllinsideMarket.
  • In the profile area, you have the possibility to delete your account yourself. All details related to this account and all items uploaded to the site will be deleted too.
Other info:
  • AllinsideMarket will not charge any fee from Sellers or Buyers, but a Donation option is available.
  • Delivery and payment services are provided by external service providers, for the benefit of Users and based on separate legal relationships, to which AllinsideMarket is not part.
  • AllinsideMarket is not responsible for purchasing contents, downloading software, payments items etc. by the Buyers. This is the agreement between the Sellers and the Buyers. This is the Sellers responsibility.
  • AllinsideMarket is not part of transaction between the Sellers and the Buyers.
  • By visiting this Site directly or through another site, You accept the Policy and Terms & Conditions of it.
Updates to these Terms:
    If We change or update these Terms, we will post changes and updates on the Site, so that you will always be aware of what information we change, use and disclose. We encourage you to review these Terms from time to time, so you will know if the Terms has been changed or updated.
2. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration:

  • Users must register an account to buy or sell source code.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities:

  • All content uploaded by sellers must be original or properly licensed.

  • Buyers agree to use purchased code responsibly and in accordance with any licensing terms.

  • Users must not use the platform for illegal activities or to infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Marketplace Transactions:

  • Prices are set by the sellers.

  • Allinside Market is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers beyond platform policies.

  • Payment processing is subject between Buyer and Client agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers retain ownership of their original source code, subject to licensing terms agreed with buyers.

  • Buyers receive the package (script, code, app...) and only the rights explicitly granted in the package license.

  • Allinside Market trademarks, logos, and platform content are protected and cannot be used without permission.

7. Content Moderation:

  • We reserve the right to remove listings or content that violates our policies, is fraudulent, or is illegal.

  • Users may report inappropriate content for review.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Allinside Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

  • We do not guarantee that all code purchased is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Privacy:

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
